Run Any Event. Fill Every Seat.

Tournaments, leagues, workshops, and multi-session programs — with online registration, waitlists, capacity enforcement, and waivers. Built for facilities that run events weekly, not occasionally.

Key Features

Event & Tournament Registration

Set capacity, pricing, and registration window. Share one link. Orhuk collects registrations and payment, manages the waitlist, and closes when full.

Member vs. Public Pricing

Set separate pricing for members and the public. Members see their rate automatically. No promo codes, no manual adjustments.

Waitlists & Early Bird Pricing

Enable waitlists with automatic promotion. Set early bird pricing with a deadline to drive early registration.

Digital Waivers for Events

Require a waiver at registration. Every participant signs digitally before the event day — linked to their registration record, timestamped, and on file.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I run a tournament bracket directly in Orhuk?
Orhuk handles registration, capacity, and payment for tournaments. Full bracket management (seeding, rounds, match results) is not currently a built-in feature — most operators use a dedicated bracket tool for that step.
Can participants pay later or pay a deposit at registration?
Yes. You can configure deposit-only checkout — collect a portion at registration and collect the remainder before the event. Both payment events are tracked and reconciled automatically.
Can I cap registrations for different divisions or skill levels separately?
Yes. Create separate events per division with their own capacity and pricing. Link them from a program page so participants find the right division easily.
How do I notify registrants about schedule changes?
From your dashboard, select the event and send a message to all registrants. Notifications go by email. For event cancellations, you can also trigger automatic refunds from the same screen.
Can I offer early bird pricing that expires automatically?
Yes. Set an early bird tier with a deadline date. After that date, the early bird option disappears from the registration page automatically — no manual toggle needed.
